Creamy Lebanese garlic sauce with intense flavor and smooth texture

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups Garlic Cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 1/2 cups Neutral Oil
  • 1/4 cups Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. 1 Puree garlic with salt, optionally remove and saute for a few minutes to make sauce a bit more mild
  2. 2 Combine lemon juice and oil and refrigerate, the sauce will get hot as we blend, having ingredients cold will help
  3. 3 In a blender slowly add oil/lemon juice to the garlic
