Creamy Lebanese garlic sauce with intense flavor and smooth texture
Ingredients
- • 1/2 cups Garlic Cloves
- • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- • 1 1/2 cups Neutral Oil
- • 1/4 cups Lemon Juice
Instructions
- 1 Puree garlic with salt, optionally remove and saute for a few minutes to make sauce a bit more mild
- 2 Combine lemon juice and oil and refrigerate, the sauce will get hot as we blend, having ingredients cold will help
- 3 In a blender slowly add oil/lemon juice to the garlic
